FansUnite, a future-facing solution for the sports betting industry, provides entertainment through match offerings and live match streams. The company offers iGaming solutions focused on the global sports betting market. The company purchased McBookie, a Scottish sportsbook, in May this year.
The company cemented its foothold in the betting industry because of the purchase. Sports betting and online casino games were the biggest contributors to the global gambling industry. Esports is one of the fastest-growing sectors in the betting industry.
Askott is a promising, newly emerging iGaming company. The company developed a full portfolio of iGaming products after introducing its first daily fantasy site in 2014, and it works as a project consultant, project designing, and development. The company is involved in licensing, hosting, security, and mobile gaming.

The company now owns the rights and technology of Askott’s Chameleon Gaming Platform.the platform were awarded the EGR Esports Provider of the Year. The companies announced a Canaccord Genuity Corp led $5 million brokered private placement on July 8.
The merger will schedule the full integration of its more than 6,000 casino games to allow every betting provider to entertain their gamblers.
The deal will merge the expertise of the two companies in their specific fields.
